Our luxury 5 Bedroom, 4 Bathroom villa is situated at Highlands Reserve Golf and Country Club, one of the most prestigious holiday and golfing communities in the Orlando area.

This beautiful new home is fully air-conditioned and has over 3000 sq.ft of superior living accommodation. It is fully furnished to a high standard. Our villa is very spacious and has 3 Master Suites making it ideal for two families. 

The Main Master Suite is exceptional and has a king size bed, cable TV and a luxuriously fitted en-suite bathroom. The bathroom comprises of a marble corner bath, large walk in shower, two vanity units and a separate toilet.

The Second Master Suite has a queen size bed, cable TV and a luxury en-suite bathroom. The Third Master Suite has a king size bed, cable TV and also has a luxury en-suite bathroom.  

Bedroom 4 is the Scooby Doo theme bedroom and has twin beds and cable TV. This bedroom can have access to share the en-suite bathroom of the Third Master Suite if required.

Bedroom 5 is also a twin bedroom and is conveniently located next door to the cabana bathroom.

 All bedrooms have ceiling fans, wardrobes and radio alarm clocks and a safe is available in the Main Master Suite.

The villa benefits from two living areas. The spacious family room is at the centre of the villa and has a cable TV, DVD Player and a CD Music System.

 The living room/bedroom 6 is at the front of the villa and has a cable TV, VCR and Playstation. A day bed is provided in this room which converts into the additional beds required for when there are 12 guests in the villa.

The luxury fitted kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. There is a breakfast bar with bar stools and the breakfast area has a table with seating for 6 and looks out onto the pool.

Our villa also has a games room with a full size pool table and air hockey table for your enjoyment.

Outside there is a fully screened 30ft x 15ft swimming pool and Jacuzzi. The villa benefits from an exceptionally large pool deck area. The pool deck has been extended to 50ft x 29ft and can accommodate two families with ease. The pool area faces south west and benefits from the sun from morning until sunset. The pool area also has a covered lanai with a ceiling fan he pool area also has a covered lanai with a ceiling fan providing a pleasant area to eat meals "al-fresco" as well as providing some shade if required.
