Located on the 10th fairway of this prestigious golfing community, this 2 storey - 4 bedroomed home is perfectly located very near to Disney attractions and within an hour from the Gulf and Atlantic Coasts Tigger Wood Villa has been furnished to a very high standard. The furnishings have been individually chosen to make it a real home-from-home and the living room and all bedrooms have cable TVs, the living room having a new 37" widescreen TV with upgraded Cable channels to include Premiership football, and sound surround system. The villa is ideal for one or two families, or a group of golfing enthusiasts. The living room has a vaulted ceiling and cathedral windows, which gives it a very light, airy and spacious feel. It has a 37" cable TV, DVD player and CD music system. The luxury kitchen is fully equipped and has a breakfast nook, plus there is a further dining area. The master bedroom is located on the ground floor and features a king size bed and 32" wallmounted flatscreen TV with DVD. Off the bedroom are luxurious en-suite facilities. A further half bathroom is located on the ground floor. A galleried staircase leads to 3 further bedrooms and the second bathroom. The 2nd bedroom with queen size bed enjoys views over the golf course and is a very spacious room. Children will love the "Winnie the Pooh" themed bedroom which has its own Winnie the Pooh TV/DVD! The further twin bedroom has recently been themed with an "Animal Kingdom" theme suitable for adults and children alike! All bedrooms have cable TVs. The 26' x 13' pool with underwater lighting and fountain jets, faces south west and therefore receives the sun all day. From here there are beautiful views overlooking the 10th Fairway, whilst the pine trees at the bottom of the yard keep it private without restricting the view. Comfortable sun loungers are provided together with patio furniture so you can relax after a busy day at the parks or after a round of golf! We have a wonderful Hot Tub, by renowned Hot Spring Co., which seats 6 adults (one in lounger position), has 23 massage jets and illuminates 5 colours for that evening relax! Children will love "Tigger Wood Villa" with it's games area (pool table, air hockey, table football and magnetic darts), Sony PS2 plus games, and themed bedrooms. For the younger children we have a stroller, crib (bring your own bedding) and high chair. The villa is within a few minutes walk of the clubhouse, pool, tennis court and children's play area. We are also within walking distance of Berry Town Centre (20 mins) where there is a Publix supermarket and eat-in/takeaway restaurants including newly opened Applebees! Our rental rates are inclusive of 12% Florida Sales and Tourist Taxes.

Pool Heat and Hot Tub rental £100/$160 per week.
Hot Tub rental only £30/$45 per week

Cleaning is included for bookings of 7 nights or more. Bookings of less than 7 nights incur a cleaning fee of £50/$85.

Additional nightly rates are pro-rata the weekly rate and our minimum rental period is 4 nights.

Discounts are available for bookings of 3 weeks or longer – please enquire.

A non refundable deposit is required with booking form of £100/$200 per week. The balance is then due within 10 weeks of departure.

A security deposit of £200/$300 is required, payable with final balance and is normally returned (upon satisfactory inspection by our management company) within 3 weeks of departure.
