family room with two sofas which seat five, plus a cable
TV/entertainment center and telephone for free local calls. Patio doors
lead to the pool area.
The
living/dining room with two sofas which seat five, (one converts to a
double bed), cable TV/ video, and a formal dining table which seats six.
The
kitchen has a breakfast bar and is complete with three high stools and
adjoining there is a breakfast nook with a dining table and four chairs,
which receives the morning sun.
The
first master bedroom has a panoramic window with views of the pinewood.
It has a King size bed (7.7’ wide), Cable TV/video, clock/radio and en
suite bathroom with corner bath, two-person walk-in shower, and his ‘n
hers vanity units. It also has a large walk-in closet with floor-secured
safe.
The
second master bedroom has a Queen size bed and an adjoining bathroom.
There are three
further bedrooms with twin beds, served by a third bathroom
The pool deck is
32’ wide (approx) with a 24’x12’ pool, and sufficient deck space
to allow 10 people to sunbathe simultaneously. It is furnished with
table and chairs and pool loungers. A Gas BBQ is available. The complete
pool area is screened to cut down the sunrays, and helps keep the pool
and patio area clean. The pool can be heated at extra cost
