The
villa was completed in December 2000.
The
Family Room looks out onto the pool deck. The patio doors are fitted
with an audible safety alarm to ensure children cannot enter the
pool area without you knowing. There is a comfortable seating area
with TV, VCR and CD Player for your enjoyment. We provide you with a
varied selection of books and videos.
The formal
Dining area has seating for 6. The second living area is ideal for
quiet relaxation.
The Kitchen is
fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge-freezer, microwave and
dishwasher. There is a breakfast nook with table and four chairs
plus a breakfast bar with two stools. The laundry room has a washing
machine and drier.
The Master
bedroom is furnished with a queen bed.
It has a
remote control colour TV. The spacious en-suite bathroom has an oval
shape bath, walk-in shower and twin sink basins.
The
2nd bedroom has a full size bed and an adjoining bathroom with
shower, hand basin and WC.
The
remaining two bedrooms both have twin beds. The family bathroom is
situated between the two rooms and has a bath with overhead shower,
hand basin and WC.
The pool and
spa area is South-West facing which ensures you get the best of the
weather.
