Our exceptionally
spacious 3006 sq. ft. villa is fully air conditioned has ceiling
fan’s throughout. There are 5 bedrooms each with a TV, and 3
bathrooms. Our home sleeps a maximum of 12 people and is available
for rental year round.
Professionally furnished and equipped to the highest standards,
this luxurious villa has everything you need – and more -
to experience the Florida lifestyle.
The spacious family room has comfortable sofas, a 46" cable
TV and stereo music system. Triple patio doors give views of
the golf course and lead out to the fully screened 30ft x 15ft
private heatable pool. The extended deck is south west facing
for all day sun and has luxury padded chairs and loungers for
12 people. Tropical plants and palm trees ensure privacy while
you enjoy the peaceful outlook over the golf course.
A separate
living room is furnished with comfortable faux suede sectional
sofas, enabling the larger group to spread out in comfort.
There is a 27 inch cable TV and VCR
in this room.
The Formal
dining room seats 8 - 10.
The kitchen
is fully fitted and includes:- Range cooker, microwave, dishwasher,
waste disposal unit, large fridge/freezer with ice maker and
iced water/ice dispenser. All cooking utensils are provided.
There is a breakfast bar for informal dining and the nook has
a large table with seating for 6 which looks out on to the pool.

Our sumptuous,
oversized Master bedroom suite has a King-size 4 poster bed,
large dresser, nightstands and an armoire housing a 27 inch
cable TV. There is a large walk-in closet and a safe is provided
for your valuables.
The en-suite bathroom has marble corner bath, his 'n hers
vanity units and a
large shower.
Our "Jungle"
themed room has a Queen-size bed and a single bed, making this
room very versatile. It is suitable for couples, singles or
three children who may wish to share. "Mickeys" bedroom
has been specially themed with our youngest guests in mind and
with it's double/full and single/twin beds can sleep up to 3
children. It comes complete with a special Mickey TV and DVD.
There
is also a "Tropical" twin bedded room and our second
Master bedroom features a Queen-size wrought iron sleigh bed.
Two further bathrooms complete the accommodation.
Our beautiful
house occupies a large lot in a wide road of similarly prestigious
homes. Whether you want to play golf, visit the Orlando attractions
or just relax in the sun by the pool, the peaceful and convenient
location provides the ingredients for a truly memorable vacation.
All
linens and towels are provided, as is baby/toddler equipment
and a BBQ grill at no extra charge.
The villa is strictly
Non Smoking, but guests are welcome to smoke on the pool deck.
Pets are not allowed under any circumstances.
