Welcome
to our executive style, fully air conditioned, luxury, five bedroom
vacation home, situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in a
prime location, overlooking the eighth fairway of the highly acclaimed
‘Highlands Reserve Golf & Country Club on US Highway 27. Just
3 miles south of US Highway 192 & 3 miles north of Interstate
4 in Davenport, Orlando. All of which is just a 12-minute drive
southwest of Disney World and all its resort attractions.
We offer superior accommodation, for up to 10 people. All the
bedrooms have walk-in-wardrobes, ceiling fans, telephone outlets,
TV outlets, table lamps and digital clock radios. The Master bedroom,
with en-suite bathroom (double shower, double vanity unit, large
Roman marble corner bath & WC) has a floor-mounted safe, rocking
chair, 27” cable TV, DVD & telephone. The Second Master bedroom,
located on the ground floor also with en-suite bathroom (bath,
shower, vanity unit & WC), walk-in wardrobe, 20” cable TV
& telephone. The remaining 3 bedrooms all have twin beds &
one has a 20” cable TV.
Large sofas, cable TV's, PS2, DVD, VCR & Stereo make 'lounging'
easy in the family room and lounge which adjoins an elegant, spacious
dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven,
microwave, refrigerator – freezer and is furnished with table,
chairs & bar stools to the breakfast bar. The laundry room
is fitted with washer, dryer, Iron and ironing board. Then for
the more energetic of you, why not challenge each other to a friendly
table tennis match or practice on your own on our competition
table.
Finally,
overlooking the fairways, orange groves, and further down onto
the nature reserve is the crowning jewel of our home, the Jacuzzi.
It is set high in the corner of the large pool, bordered by planters,
night lights, sparkling fountains, and dual waterfalls amid an
oversized south west facing deck, furnished with tables, luxuriously
padded chairs, and sun loungers.
