The fully fitted kitchen is complete with oven and hob, microwave, large double door fridge/freezer with ice machine and filtered water dispenser, dishwasher, double sink with waste disposal unit, and large larder. There is also a breakfast area with table and chairs for quick breakfasts. The separate laundry room has a large washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board and leads into the large double garage.

Our villas include many complimentary items. For our younger guests we provide- highchair, stroller, crib, baby gate & baby alarm. Golf clubs and tennis racquets are also provided so you can take advantage of all that Highlands Reserve has to offer.
A convenient WC with wash hand basin is also downstairs.

The master bedroom is conveniently situated on the ground floor overlooking the pool & views of golf course beyond. The King sized bed has luxury linens; the dressing table & walk in wardrobe offer plenty of storage space. A cable tv & telephone are included. The en-suite bathroom comprises of a large walk in shower, double vanity basins and WC.

The second double bedroom has a queen-sized bed, dressing table, and standard tv.

The first of the twin bedrooms is a haven for golfers of all ages with its views over the fairway and includes standard tv. The second twin bedroom includes beautiful new oak furniture & is a peaceful & calm hideaway.
All the bedrooms include ceiling fans, large walk in wardrobes, clock radios, and internal intercoms
The family bathroom comprises of a bath with overhead shower, a single vanity basin and WC.

The S.W facing private heated pool and spa is set in a large pool deck with lovely open views over the 8th fairway and nature reserve beyond. The patio is an ideal spot for a lazy day and we provide everything you could wish for to enjoy your stay; comfortable, padded sun loungers, a table & chairs for alfresco dining and even a gas barbecue. Also a covered porch provides shade from the sun. The gardens and pool are professionally maintained.
