'The Bungalow' - our fully air-conditioned 4 bed/ 2 bath single storey villa sleeps up to 10 people. It is located on a premium plot overlooking the 8th Fairway at the prestigious Highlands Reserve Golf Course. The villa was completely re-decorated and re-furnished to a very high standard in December 2003 and can accommodate up to ten people. It features an open plan living area superbly furnished with three soft leather sofas, ceiling fan and well-equipped entertainment centre. The cable tv has over 60 channels to choose from, and we have included dvd & cd players The dining area is tastefully furnished with mahogany dining table & chairs for those more formal meals while the breakfast nook is ideal for quick snacks before you head out for a busy day. The luxury, fully fitted, limed oak kitchen is fitted with a full sized oven, hob, large fridge freezer with water dispenser & ice maker, built-in microwave oven, automatic dishwasher and waste disposal unit. There is a large walk-in larder and a separate laundry room equipped with washing machine, tumble drier, iron & ironing board. A double garage leads off the utility room with plenty of space for two cars. Our villas include many complimentary items. For our younger guests we provide- highchair, stroller, crib, baby gate & baby alarm. Golf clubs and tennis racquets are also provided so you can take advantage of all that Highlands Reserve has to offer. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed with luxury linens; the dressing table & walk in wardrobe offer plenty of storage space. A cable tv & telephone are included. The en-suite bathroom comprises of a large walk in shower, double vanity basins and WC. The family bathroom comprises of a bath with overhead shower, a single vanity basin and WC and serves the second double bedroom and the two twin rooms. A feature of all the bedrooms is the light and airy wicker furniture & linens in true Floridian style. The S.W facing private heated pool and spa is set in a large pool deck with lovely open views over the 8th fairway and nature reserve beyond. The patio is an ideal spot for a lazy day and we provide everything you could wish for to enjoy your stay; comfortable, padded sun loungers, a table & chairs for alfresco dining and even a gas barbecue. Also a covered porch with ceiling fan provides shade from the sun. The gardens and pool are professionally maintained.
