VILLA PRICING

The villas are available to rent all year round. 

Prices are shown per week or per night and include all linen, towels, cleaning and local phone calls.

For bookings of 5 days or less a cleaning surcharge of £50/$70 applies.

A deposit  (Non-Refundable) is required to secure your booking.

A security/breakage deposit (Refundable) is taken with the final payment. This is refunded, no later than 4 weeks after your return from your holiday.

No Pets or Smoking allowed in the villas.

EXTRAS

Extras can be supplied, such as Crib, Highchair, BBQ and Rollways. 

Food Packs are ideal if you have a late arrival time. A typical food pack may include - Milk, Bread, Tea, Coffee, Juice, Water, Sugar, Cereal, Butter, Jam and Eggs.
